The core focus areas of Climensys include Climate Change, Energy & Environment, and Sustainability Services. Therefore, the name 'Climensys' is derived holistically from its core functionalities - Clim-En-Sy-S.

Climensys is the realization of a visionary group of entrepreneurs dedicated to serving the cause of a green climate, clean energy, and sustainable practices across industries. As a professionally driven organization, Climensys is committed to providing ethical, balanced, transparent, and high-quality solutions for all validation and certification needs. Climate Change is a key focus area for Climensys, encompassing activities as a 'Designated Operational Entity' (DOE) of the United Nations Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). Presently, Climensys is an applicant entity of the UNFCCC which will soon actively involve in the validation and verification of Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) Projects.

Mr. Vivek Kumar Ahirwar
(Founder and Director)

Vivek Ahirwar is the founder of Climensys and along with his co-founders he is developing the core Serviceability and DNA of Climensys. Vivek is a B.E.E. Certified Energy Auditor; he has done his M.Tech in Energy. He has worked on various projects under different GHG Mechanisms across different industries and sectors and earned significant experience in the field of Climate Change and Clean Energy Services. His experience as a CDM DOE marks significant credentials with various projects and programs. His vision is to deliver excellence in the field of Green Energy, Climate Change and Sustainability; and Climensys is just the first step towards it.

Mr. Abhishek Kumar Srivastava
(Managing Director)

Mr. Srivastava is a climate change and sustainability expert with 15 years of experience in the domain. His area of expertise spans from carbon footprinting to carbon credit development, from energy management to energy solutions, and from waste management to the circular economy. He is a BEE-certified Energy Auditor and Energy Manager. He is also an ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14064-certified lead auditor. He has auditing and consulting experience on more than 250 climate change projects worldwide. He has worked as a lead auditor and technical reviewer for UNFCCC's Clean Development Mechanism projects with several accredited agencies. He is currently the Managing Director of Climensys, a company that provides global carbon offset credit certification and verification services.

Dr. Anjali Barwal
(Quality Manager)

Dr. Anjali is a highly qualified, experienced, and knowledgeable professional in the domains of environment, climate change, sustainability, and disaster management, boasting over 10 years of research and industrial experience. She holds an M.Phil. in Energy and Environment and a Ph.D. in Water and Wastewater Treatment from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore (Madhya Pradesh), India. Dr. Anjali has completed Lead Validator and Verifier Training for ISO 14064-3:2019 and ISO 14064-2:2019, including the requirements of ISO 14064-1:2018, and Lead Auditor Training for ISO 9001:2015. Apart from this, she has authored more than 45 research articles, book chapters, policy papers, thematic papers, training manuals, etc., in her area of expertise, collaborating with various national and international publishers.
